Jeffrey and Emmy’s story starts where all great love stories should—in church. Emmy was volunteering at a friend’s Action de Grace (Thanksgiving Service), and Jeffrey was the sound engineer making sure everything was pitch-perfect (little did he know, he was also about to fine-tune Emmy's heart).

A few days later, that same friend hosted a birthday dinner. Let’s just say punctuality wasn’t the guest of honor that night. :) With the birthday girl running two hours late, Jeffrey and Emmy found themselves the only ones on time (and with plenty of time to spare). They filled those hours with conversation, laughter, and just the right amount of “getting-to-know-you” sparks.

Then came four months of radio silence, but what Emmy didn’t know was that she hadn’t left Jeffrey’s mind. When the time was right, Jeff “spun the block” and slid into her DMs.

The rest, as they say, is history—blessed, joyful, and full of love. From that first moment at church to this very moment, God has been writing a beautiful love story, and we’re so excited to share the next chapter with you!
